It is an in-house discount plan
Valley Smile Plan works similar to a membership. You auto-pay an amount every month (depending on what type of coverage), and the discounts will be applied any time you visit our office. You can also choose to pay yearly if you don't feel comfortable leaving your card information with our practice. The day you sign up for the Valley Smile Plan your discounts will be effective immediately, even if you received treatment earlier that day. Valley Falls Family Dentistry administers the Valley Smile Plan. Any questions involving this plan can be directed straight to our office. Since there is no middle-man, you can contact our office anytime after your one year to terminate or renew your discount plan!

*We will need your card information to be able to do monthly withdrawals, unless you pay for the full year in advance
*The monthly withdrawals will be going towards you having your plan, NOT your account balance
*You are required to have the plan for a FULL year
*You CANNOT be insured AND have the Valley Smile Plan
*You will receive a yearly renewal notice
*If auto-paying your contract will automatically renew unless told otherwise
*Be sure to utilize your plan while you have it, including the 2 cleanings!
*The Valley Smile Plan can only be utilized at McLouth Family Dental, Valley Falls Family Dentistry and Tonganoxie Family Dentistry locations.
